There has been (and still is) so much to navigate on the business side of dentistry now with making financial and personnel decisions, it has left little time for anything else.  In areas where practices have been closed, other than for emergencies, for weeks – it is even more important to stay connected with patients and with team members.

Today I had the opportunity to have a discussion with three amazing dental office managers.  One of them manages a solo general practice in Colorado, another manages two pediatric, fee for service practices in California and another runs twelve multi-specialty locations near Boston, MA.  Three different perspectives on two very real challenges.
